Traill Street House

This is a garden project. A 3m tall garden trellis forms the perimeter wall of the house extension to a Federation weatherboard dwelling in a heritage area. The trellis forms the primary enclosure to provide privacy to the garden to counteract increasing overlooking by neighbouring developments. Within the trellis wall is a central corridor with three pavilions containing the kitchen, living and utilities rooms. The voids in between form a vegetable garden, an outdoor BBQ space and a plunge pool.

The project is due for completion in 2026.
